Mindful Motivation class is built to set you up for a productive, inspired, and intentional week. We’ll work together to get clear on the highest versions of ourselves, and go through exercises to help align with that identity.
Organize your to-dos in a way that provides clarity and reduces overwhelm, work through practices to help you better embody the state of being that you desire, and set your mind up to handle whatever comes your way this week.
We’ll have a fun dose of motivation to get you excited for the week, as well, and focus on some tactical tools to stay accountable to your intentions as the week goes on.
Unresolved emotional trauma can taint our interactions with others. Practicing radical self-care is one way we can begin the process of healing.
One radical approach to self-care is to confront the shadow parts of ourselves that we don’t usually sit with. When we do this, we get clarity around who we want to be as we reflect on what may be holding us back. We can then affirm what we deserve and speak life into our desires. When we visualize becoming the best version of ourselves we create a new blueprint that interrupts old patterns.
In this class, we will practice this radical approach to self-care together in real-time. You will get to explore these parts of your self in a safe space. This is a huge step on the way to becoming the best version of you.
This class is for you to design your week, to set up for clarity, alignment, breakthroughs, grace, celebration, or whatever your season of life calls for.
With conscious intention, we make room for whatever needs room in your week, and gently refresh our receptivity to miracles.
It is too easy to fall into the river current of routine, move passively through life and forget that we’re meant to be experiencing awe and wonder on a frequent basis.
So we come together to create the life architecture for a more active, grateful, and engaged involvement with each week ahead of us.
In this special guest class with mama, wellness influencer and Philosophie founder, Sophie Jaffe, she’ll walk you through some of her favorite exercises she does as part of her evening mindset and self-care routine.
Unwind & Release class is designed to be a sacred space where you can come and let go of all the stresses of the week. It’s the perfect way to find a sense of calm and clarity mid-week, to come back to your body, recalibrate, and reaffirm your intentions.
This class will be focused on easing anxiety, de-stressing, and finding an overall sense of intention and calm, to set you up for an amazing end to the week.
This class is about coming back to love in our daily lives – in any situation, relationship, season or any area of life.
The reason why it feels so good to be IN love, receive love, or give love – is because being loving is our truest nature. Sometimes we just forget it.
So in the same way that we wash and shower daily – we have the ability to wash our perceptual windows and reset to love daily.
It’s easy to see through rose-tinted glasses when everything is going as we desire or expect.
This class is about cultivating that powerful mindset of faith, trust, gratitude and self-grace regardless of the circumstance, or the season of life we’re in.
We all want more confidence but we don’t all know how to actually get it. This class is designed to teach you how to find that confidence from within so that you can elevate to the most authentic version of you!
Lybys will guide you through exercises that will not only help you connect more deeply with yourself, but will also help you let go of the negative emotions and limiting beliefs that have had you playing small for so long.
You are perfect just the way that you are and in this class you are going to learn to see just that.
Coach Ashley’s Reflect & Realign class is all about learning from our experiences, aligning with our highest selves, and getting intentional about our daily journeys — to help us be even just a little bit better each and every day.
You’ll be provided with the tools to help you reflect on experiences, focus the wisdom gained, and improve habits through lessons learned. Through realignment, you’ll gain clarity on your desires, return to the body as your wisest guidance system, and implement new practices to assist in manifesting your dreams.
